First Annual Liberty Ride Registration
By signing this liability waiver & release agreement, the rider and passenger named below as well as any of their heirs, or administrators, assigns, insurers, attorneys, and any other persons or entities acting or purporting to act on their behalf agrees to the following terms:
In consideration of participating in the activity The Liberty Ride taking place on the following date September 7th, 2024, I hereby release Liberty Ride and all participants, sponsors, stop locations, organizers, and beneficiaries from any and all liabilities that may occur from injury or loss during this activity.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read or otherwise received all rules, warnings, and restrictions related to including but not limited to motorcycle usage, ride blocking, and safety meetings. I hereby warrant that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the event without undue risk to myself or others. I hereby certify that I am legally capable of participating in the event and I am compliant with all state laws and regulations in the state of Indiana that govern the use of a vehicle, motorcycle, trike, or any other recreational vehicle used during this activity.
I hereby certify that I understand the above risks associated with this event and agree that The Liberty Ride and all participants, sponsors, stop locations, organizers, and beneficiaries shall not be responsible for any injuries or losses sustained or caused by me or any of my passengers during activity. Additionally, I agree to be held solely responsible if my negligence, willful misconduct, or disregard for the rules of leads to damage to others or to property during the ride or activities thereof.
I understand that I am waiving all liability on the part of The Liberty Ride and all participants, sponsors, stop locations, organizers, and beneficiaries and that any legal matters arising from this release of liability shall take place in the state of Indiana as agreed.
I am in complete understanding of the risks associated with this event The Liberty Ride or any Motorcycle Rides include, but are not limited to, the following: Broken bones, Sprained ankles, Back injury, Brain injury, Skull fracture, Concussion, Torn ligaments, Cuts and bruises, Finger injuries, Dismemberment, or Loss of life.

I acknowledge that I may not be able to participate in The Liberty Ride if I choose not to sign this waiver. I consent that I understand that participation in this activity is voluntary.
I accept this release of liability as the complete terms between myself and The Liberty Ride and all participants, sponsors, stop locations, organizers, and beneficiaries while participating in The Liberty Ride.
